Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Upto 15th September 2026 : 50% refund of registration fee.
  • Upto 31st October 2026 : 20% refund of registration fee.
  • From 1st November 2026 : no refund will be given.
  • Cancellation will be effective with the acknowledgement sent from the Conference Secretariat. Refund will be initiated after 30 days of the completion of the conference.
  • All refunds will be paid after the completion of the conference.
  • Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
  • Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference. Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
