Cancellation / Refund Policy

Up to 15^th September 2026 : 50% refund of registration fee.
Up to 31^stOctober 2026 : 20% refund of registration fee.
From 1^st November 2026 : no refund will be given.
Cancellation will be effective with the acknowledgement sent from the Conference Secretariat. Refund will be initiated after 30 days of the completion of the conference.
All refunds will be paid after the completion of the conference.
Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference. Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
